Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to process your order: your name, WhatsApp number, email (if you share it), the products you buy and your payment confirmation.

  • Your cart and checkout details are saved only in your own browser so you don't have to type them again. They are sent to us only when you place an order on WhatsApp.
  • We use your information only to deliver your order, give support and send renewal reminders.
  • We never sell or share your personal information with anyone for marketing.
  • Login details we deliver are shared only with you.
  • You can ask us to delete your order history at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Terms of use

  • Subvana is an independent reseller. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with them.
  • Subscriptions are the official plan activated on your own account. Gift cards are official codes you redeem yourself.
  • There is no automatic payment on this website. Orders are confirmed and paid on WhatsApp.
  • Prices are the official plan price plus our service fee. Prices can change with exchange rates; the price confirmed on WhatsApp when you order is final.
  • Gift cards only work in the region they're made for. Tell us your account's region before you pay.
  • Your plan starts when it's activated on your account. After that, the service's own terms apply.

Refund policy

  • Not delivered: if we can't activate your plan or deliver your code, you get a full refund.
  • Gift card codes: codes can't be refunded or exchanged once delivered, unless the code doesn't work. If a code fails, send us a screenshot and we'll replace it or refund you.
  • Subscriptions: once a plan is active on your account, refunds follow the service's own refund rules.
  • Report issues on WhatsApp with your order ID. We aim to reply within a few hours.
